Why does IBviz only support Interactive Brokers?

IBviz is built exclusively for Interactive Brokers (IBKR) users. Focusing on a single, deep integration lets us guarantee read-only safety, fast syncs, and reliable data quality, rather than spreading effort thin across dozens of shallow broker connections.

For assets you hold outside IBKR (private equity, real estate, or other private assets), you can still bring them into IBviz:

• Create a private asset and update its price history manually or via CSV.
• Import transactions from a CSV file for batch uploads.
• Add a transaction manually for one-off entries.

Setting up your IBKR connection itself typically takes 2 minutes. Visualizations are typically available by the next business day after your initial sync. See Connect your IBKR account.
